Arya Reception Hall FAQ
What is the deposit to book an event?
We require a security deposit of $500, this payment serves to hold the venue for the specified date of the event and is payable at the time of contract signature. The deposit is not applied towards your contract amount. It will be returnable to the client up to 5 business days after the event has been held once the property has been inspected for any potential damage from the event.
Do you have a payment plan to reserve the venue?
Arya Reception Hall offers interest-free monthly payment plans which is determined by the months left from when you sign the contract to the date of your event, minus one month.
For example, if you sign your contract on December 5th, 2022, and your wedding is until March 23rd, 2023, there are 15 months left for your event. Your balance will be divided into 14 months (15-1=14), since the contract states your event must be paid a month prior to your event.
When do we have to make the payment by?
Arya Reception Hall offers interest-free monthly payment plans and the balance for your event must be paid a month before your event.
Can we bring in our own food or drinks?
Yes. We allow you to bring your own (BYO) food and drinks. We sincerely recommend our inhouse catering, but you are welcome to BYO vendors.
Can we build our own package?
Yes, we will help you build a custom package that fit your exact needs and reasonable budget. We have preferred vendors that will go the extra mile to provide the best possible service so you can enjoy your event.
How late can we have an event?
We are one of the few, or even the only venue that can provide 24/7 services for your extended event. So, you don’t have to worry about limited time at your own event. Of course, this must be contracted and stipulated before the event happens since we need staff to cover your event from beginning until the end.
Is there enough parking at the venue?
Our parking lot is enough for any type of event. We can easily park over 700 vehicles, so don’t worry we have plenty of parking space and it is well illuminated.
Can we bring in our own vendors?
Yes. You can bring your own vendors and if you need help finding a vendor for a specific need, we might have the right fit for your event too.
Is there a bridal suite and grooms room?
Yes, we have both! At Arya Reception Hall, we offer an exclusive bridal suite and grooms’ room, where you can relax and prepare for the big day in comfort and style. Whether you’re getting ready for the ceremony or enjoying a few drinks with your friends, our bridal suite and grooms’ room will help you make the most of your special day.
Can we have a ceremony and reception?
We are proud to offer multiple rooms to accommodate your ceremony and reception needs. We also have an auditorium where everyone can easily view the ceremony from any angle. Our experienced staff will work with you to create the perfect event.
What is the guest capacity of the venue?
Our main hall can hold up to 250 people. We also have two medium-size hall rooms which hold up to 120 guest per room. Our smaller room is ideal for a more intimate reception, it can hold up to 50 people.
Can we have a LGBTQ event at the venue?
Yes, we welcome anyone that has good hearted feelings, appreciates life and is graceful to love. We treat everyone as a precious human being.
Can we bring our pets for ceremony?
Yes, we love pets. The only thing we ask is to bring well–behaved, people–friendly pets, please. And if you are looking for a pet–wedding venue, we would be honored to have it at Arya Reception Hall.
